The workshop will demonstrate effective methods for shifting symptoms from pre and peri natal traumas and global high intensity patterns in the central nervous system with greater efficiency, utilizing a) the specialized knowledge of the physiology and energy anatomy of pre and peri natal trauma and global high intensity activation patterns in the central nervous system; and b) the principles of self-regulation governing gross physical and subtle energy bodies. The workshop will be taught through lectures, guided group exercises, demonstrations with participants, and practice sessions among participants.
